Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders are NON-RETURNABLE
Our floral creations and Add ons are non-returnable.
If there are any issues, immediately contact us either at contact@magunifloral.com or by calling us at (845) 201-5656. Please have your order number ready ( starts with #M), so that we can easily locate your order. We will do our best to come to an agreeable solution.
In some cases we will not be able to approve a refund,
- Customer misuse or damage
- Customer did not heed disclaimer and care instructions, ETC
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at contact@magunifloral.com.
